I am against it , just for the record , we all came here based on a 30 team dynasty , that's my 2 cents worth !

I would rather keep it at 30 too, there is still time to get active people in here... we can hold off FA or stop trading if needed( dont want to).....
if we can get 30 people to set up teams we are good to go... if some fall by the wayside as we go we just fill those spots with new people and or have the Commishes to set dead team rosters in season in a as minimum way as possible till the team is filled again....( no add drops no bidding just roster moves dl moves etc...)
or active teams /commishes that ARE in here , set these dead teams up now do that contract work make logical extentions and tags or have them voted on from lg for the best team that team could be..... then if someone can just be handed the team the work is all done for them, and they might not get bogged down by the "paperwork of the setup phase" and quit... if all teams are set up we can at least see who is a FA and who is not..( I don't like this, my idea much at all FYI, just throwing it out there...spitballing) the nice thing would be just to have great people sign up and set the teams themselves
but if we do change it we better define the new rules on this draft, contracts of said players, signing of other teams Prospects , and are teams that have locked in there players should be able to change/drop players before or after this new draft with out cap hits( I might not of kept or signed some guys if I had known we might be drafting 10 team worth of players....) my 2 cents on this but will do what everyone wants to on all this...

I'm still open to 20 teams. I've never seen a 30 team league work - not saying it hasn't I just haven't been apart of one. I agree with Giants that if a draft were to happen there would need to be some rules. I'd suggest a ML draft of 10 rounds and a MiL draft of 10 rounds. In the ML draft you'd assume the players real life salary... |

If we role with 20, i might have to leave...might Yea. Plenty of time yet. I'm not saying we decide 20 now and move on. Let's wait and see what happens these next couple of weeks and go from there. Main thing is to keep those active members we have now and build and that. |
